The TP1017SS (Self Strip) Front Tap Shoe is designed for use on the 3M 4320 terminal. Self-Strip type connector for test set interface.

The TP 1017SS consists of the following components:

  • A 25 pair, machined plastic contact pin housing.
  • Field replaceable pins.
  • A 15 foot, 25 pair 28 gauge stranded (7/38) tinned wire cable that is solder terminated on a 25 pair Cinch Jones Female connector or AMP Connectors.
  • 50 Field replaceable test probes.
  • Shoe latch mechanisms to assure proper connection and contact.
  • Equipped with 16 gauge sheet metal, test probe cover tethered to the test cord for protection.
